Amenity Bookings (Theatre & Dining Room)

Prior to booking any of the onsite amenities, please ensure you have read and understood the policy document which can be downloaded here SP100363 Elena – Policy & Procedure – Amenities. As mentioned in the policy document, a $500 deposit is required prior to making an amenity booking in Mybos, please use the below account details:

A payment receipt should be sent to management@elenaapartments.com.au &  raymond.tang@stratasense.com.au.

Once you have made the deposit and have emailed the receipt to us, your booking will be approved in Mybos, once you have finished using the amenity you can email us for a deposit refund or keep the deposit lodged so that you can continue to make further bookings.

Policy & Procedures for using the Pool, Gym & Sauna

We request that all residents become familiar with the policy document for using the pool, gym & sauna facilities on site, there are specific rules which must be followed at all times. These rules are in place to ensure the safe and fair use of these facilities by all Elena residents.

Moving Instructions

Residents are requested to book their move with building management at least 48 hours prior to the move so that it can be co-ordinated with other residents. Only one apartment is permitted to move-in to the building at any one time and bookings are accepted on a first-in basis. Residents are currently permitted to move-in to the building 7 days per week, 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Download the Moving Instructions
